Yes, you will need to pay fees when you register. A 9.75% sales tax will be applied

The preferred hotel is the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Green Hills, 3800 Bedford Avenue, Nashville 37215. You should have received the booking link for a discounted rate from Marsha Ingersoll, National Vice President.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes, one scheduled departure and return will be provided from and back to the host hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Green Hills. If you miss the scheduled transportation, please utilize rideshare options.
